PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation warehouse to prevent the occurrence of a problem, such as hot air, noise, and dust generated when brown rice right after harvest is dried, and enable the execution of drying work at low cost. SOLUTION: A cooling device 10 with a drying function having a dry circuit 69 provided with a second condenser 62 to heat cold air cooled by an evaporator 15 is loaded on a cold insulation warehouse 1 to refrigerate and store brown rice. By the cold insulation warehouse 1 with a drying function, brown rice can be dried without generating hot air by burning fuel and an environmental problem, such as hot air, noise, dust, etc., can be prevented from occurring. Further, by purchasing the cold insulation warehouse 1, a drying work can be performed and thereafter, refrigeration and storage are practicable in the cold insulation warehouse 1. Thus, the burden of a firming family by a drying work can be relieved.
