PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating hose of high elasticity capable of exercising high heat insulating effect even when the piping is applied in a curved state. SOLUTION: A hose body 8 of a heat insulating hose 11 is made of metallocene polyethylene polymerized by using a metallocene catalyst, and formed by connecting an inner tube 3 and an outer tube 7 by means of a spiral partition 6. A polyethylene reinforcement core 4 is wound between an outer face of the inner tube 3 and a heat insulating material 5, and thermally fused to the inner tube 3 and a coating part 10. The heat insulating material 5 made of foam polyethylene is packed inside of a spiral space 9 defined by the inner tube 3, the outer tube 7 and the spiral partition 6, and the heat insulating material 5 is thermally fused to the outer tube 7, the spiral partition 6, the inner tube 3 and the coating part 10.
