PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an excellent precision for feed motion while keeping seal performance high, in a linear guide. SOLUTION: A tip portion 43a of a lip 43 of a seal 4 is made to have a curved surface with larger radius of curvature than an interferenceδbetween a guide rail and the seal 4, as far as a contract point with a top surface of the guide rail at least (a surface in which an installation hole is formed) is concerned.
