PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a transmission-reception monitor having a simple configuration, and at the same time, to reduce the deviation of monitor signal intensities among all transmission-reception modules in the transmission-reception monitor. SOLUTION: The abnormal transmitting and receiving operations of regularly used modules are detected, by setting a regularly used transmission-reception module 23i and a transmission-reception module 24j for monitoring as a set and in operating state and making a regularly used antenna element 21i and an antenna element 22j for monitoring, with both of which being respectively connected to the modules 23i and 24j, transmit and receive test signals in a state where the signals are coupled in a space, and then, monitoring the output of a reception-side module by means of a monitor signal processor 31. Particularly, the controller 27 selects a module for monitoring with the intensities of the test signals transmitted and received by means of the module via the space falling within a tolerance according to the position of the module with respect to a regularly used module to be monitored and sets the module in an operating state. Since the monitor for monitoring is selected according to the position of the module to be monitored, the intensity of the test signals transmitted and received via the space can be suppressed to be within a desired range.
