The invention concerns a safety screw cap closure device for a container provided with an outer screw thread opening, which consists of two interlocked coaxial caps, the outer one capable of driving the inner one by axial pressure and rotation: the outer cap (1) including, on the inner surface of one of its walls, snap-on means; the inner cap (40) comprising a screw thread on the inner surface of its cylindrical side wall (2) and snap-on means on the outer surface of its wall, opposite the inner cap wall (40) including the snap-on means, and elastic means for disengaging the snap-on means of the walls of both the inner and outer caps located between the upper end walls (3) of the two caps, and made of a material of different compositions from the composition of the caps.
