PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soot guide device by which oil soot generated and lifting from the baking surface of a heating device can be completely guided to a smoke exhaust hood without diffusing. SOLUTION: On a table 1, an outer pot 3 for introducing air from an air supply fan 5, the outer periphery of which is circular and the upper surface of which is opened is provided. In the outer pot 3, an air port 9 is provided. A cover member 8 having air outlet ports 12 along the inner periphery of the outer pot 3 is provided outside the outer pot 3 with a space from the inside of the outer pot 3. On the cover member 8, a drum tube 20 having a receiving part 21 for supporting the heating device 25 is mounted. On the outer side of the drum tube 20, a guide wall 22 whose upper part is inclined inward is provided with a space in which an outlet port 24 for air discharged from the air outlet ports 12 is formed. The guide wall 22 is connected to the drum tube 20 by a partition plate 23 provided with a prescribed space between the drum tube 20 and the guide wall 22. The partition wall 23 is inclined in the same direction on the peripheral side part of the drum tube 20 to rotate and raise the air supplied from the outlet port 24 in the same direction like a spout in a centripetal way.
