PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conducting bearing which has high abrasion resistance and durability, without increasing the number of parts, with easy fitting, and without increasing torque. SOLUTION: In the conductive bearing provided with an electro-conductive seal member 6 which is firmly fixed to either one of an outer ring or an inner ring and is covering a rolling motion part and also short-circuits the outer ring and the inner ring, the internal circumferential part or the outer peripheral part which is corresponding to a non-fixing side of the outer ring or the inner ring of the electro-conductive seal member 6 is bent into an L shape in cross-section to form a hollow cylindrical part 8, a part of the hollow cylindrical part 8 is configured to be protruded so as to be elastically deformable in the radial direction, and the protruded part 13 is pressed against the outer ring or the inner ring.
