摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized laser beam generator capable of oscillating a continuous light in the range of wavelength of about 200 nm or less stably at a high conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: Laser beams of λ1 and λ2 in wavelength outputted from a first laser generator 10 and a second laser generator 11, respectively, are introduced into a first resonator 13 and a second resonator 14, respectively. These two of incident lights are converted into a light of λ3 at nonlinear optical elements 15 included in both the first and second resonators through sum-frequency mixing of them. These three light beams of λ1, λ2 and λ3 that are spatially separated one another enter and exit from the nonlinear optical elements 15 and pass along different light paths. The optical axes of the lights of λ1 and λ2 in wavelength are made not to be aligned with each other in the nonlinear optical elements 15 and the incident angle or exit angle of at least one of the two light beams is set at a Brewster angle, thereby, reflection loss can be further reduced.
