PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the TAT(turn around time) and to improve the delivery data keeping rate by grasping the degree of progress delay and progress pace for every person in charge of processing in respective processing steps in a process managing method for a line for producing an article to examine processing conditions thereof. SOLUTION: In a production flow preparing process 1, the processing division for masking a person in charge of processing clear is registered for every processing step. In a product progress information collecting process 2, collects the progress information on a product is collected and the information is registered on a database. In a scheduling process 3, calculates the degree of advance or delay of progress at a certain time point of each of products and the scheduled date of completion from the scheduled processing time or real processing time of each of steps are calculated. Such processing is periodically executed, and the number of advanced or delayed days responsible for each processing division at that time point in respect to the scheduled completion date and the progress pace required for completion as scheduled before the scheduled date of completion are calculated for each processing division. |
