PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage by overheating of a filter in the case of heat incinerating a particulate substance captured in the filter, in this diesel particulate filter device. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 18, 19 detecting a temperature of a filter 3, 4 is arranged in a bellows-shaped bending part of the filter 3, 4. When a particulate substance captured by the filter 3, 4 is heat incinerated, a controller 20 controls current carried to a heater 32 in response to a detection temperature by the temperature sensor 18, 19, the temperature of the filter 3, 4 is suppressed to a fixed temperature or less, overheating of the filter 3, 4 is prevented. |
