PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable body cooler which can be carried without modifying the cloth. SOLUTION: A cold insulator bag 2 is coupled with an air pump 3 through an actuator 4 and fixed to the waist and the air pump 3 having an upward air outlet 12 is fixed to the body by using a stomach band. When a user exercises abdominal muscle or performs abdominal respiration, the air pump 3 expands/contracts to perform pumping action thus discharging the air cooled in the cold insulator bag 2 to the breast. |
