PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform various control to contents with meta data described about detail information related with the contents, and to protect the rights of the contents and of the rights of a user as an individual. SOLUTION: Meta data are attached to respective contents, and a method for presenting contents to a viewer, usage condition, the storage of the contents in enciphered state, limited reception to a terminal; limited reception to an individual or the like can be defined at a broadcasting side, and viewing control of the viewer, storage control, copy control; enciphering/decoding control or the like are conducted based on that definition; and detailed control with respect to the contents and the control of a method for presenting the contents to the user and the use condition or the like is performed. |
