<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various kinds of guide services to respective users including a visually handicapped person. SOLUTION: Information guide server 2, upon receiving the request of the supply of the guide information from any user terminal with camera 3, receives an image transmitted from the user terminal with camera the request originates via the network net 1 such as Internet, obtains the guide information based on the received image and transmits it back to the user terminal with camera 3 via the network net 1. Here, the guide information, for example, is that for a visually handicapped person and the information guide server 2, after analyzing the received image and obtaining the environmental information for that user to face in front or the traffic guide information on any traffic signals and signal conditions, transmits the obtained guide information as audio information.</p> |
