PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and easy-to-handle work count input/work instruction output terminal equipment with which workers can directly and easily input work data to a network computer and instruction information can be directly outputted from manager to the workers. SOLUTION: In the terminal, an input terminal composed of a work count button 1 and a card information reader 2 and an output terminal composed of a picture display part 3 and/or speaker 4 are combined into a unit, and a circuit linked to each of input and output terminals is connected through a communication means 5 to a communication network system composed of computers. Thus, the work count input/work instruction output terminal equipment is constituted so that the work count is inputted under the self-management of each of workers and the instruction from the manager can be directly outputted.
