<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronization method and a synchronization device which can lock two or more fingers of a RAKE receiver on multi-route reception signals in a fat-finger-impulse response state. SOLUTION: For example, two RAKE fingers are allotted to one impulse response. As a result, one finger tracks the impulse response with an early- ontime DLL method, and the other finger tracks the impulse response with an ontime-late DLL method. This synchronization method includes a step, in which the delay between a reception signal and its delayed version is detected, a step in which the delay is compared with a prescribed threshold, and a step in which the tracking method of the delayed version of the reception signal is changed into the 2nd tracking method, if the delay is smaller than the threshold.</p> |
