<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital network device for controlling a predetermined apparatus from another apparatus that is connected to the network without constantly energizing the predetermined apparatus that is connected to the network. SOLUTION: The digital network device comprises a first connection means (106) that is connected to the network; a second connection means (107) that is connected to the network apparatus, a storage means (115) for storing identification information peculiar to the apparatus that is stored at the network equipment; and a control means (120) that is connected to the network apparatus via the second connection means, stores identification information peculiar to equipment that is stored at the network apparatus at a fetching storage means, is connected to the network via the first connection means, and is functioned as the virtual dummy apparatus of the network apparatus based on the identification information that is stored at the storage means.</p> |
