PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of manufacturing steps as well as parts, make a waveguide circuit small in size and weight, and stabilize its characteristics, by intergrally forming a waveguide and a conductor plate in the waveguide circuit, in which the conductor plate is inserted parallel to the E-shaped plane of the waveguide. SOLUTION: In the waveguide circuit, in which a single conductor plate 1 is inserted parallel to a waveguide 2 and its E-shaped plane and the single conductor plate 1, is provided with an opening showing at least one resonance work, the conductor plate 1 is held parallel to its E-shaped plane by using inner molds 5 and 5' for forming the inside shape of the waveguide made of water-soluble polymer or hydrolytic polymer, and the waveguide is made integral with the conductor plate 1 and inner molds 5 and 5' by using a resin material; and after the inner molds 5 and 5' are removed, the inside of the waveguide 1 is plated. |
