PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise safety of an organic electrolyte cell by easing spouting scattering of its content things of the cell when the organic electrolyte cell carries out ignition combustion for example by throwing it in a fire or the like. SOLUTION: The organic electrolyte cell has a swirl-like electrode group, a lithium salt containing electrolyte, a safety valve which is arranged at a sealing opening portion as anti-blasting equipment, and an air hole prepared at a positive electrode terminal. By making the total area of the air hole of the positive electrode terminal into 10 to 45% of the total area of the safety valve opening, the blasting scattering distance of the content things when the cell carries out ignition combustion, becomes short and safety improves.
