PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability with continuation of normal operations in spite of falling out of start cue, restart cur and interruption cue. SOLUTION: In a control method of network connecting apparatus, when invalid waits of an OS of LPAR 01 and 02 are detected, an inoperable state of the OS is informed of a LAN connecting apparatus 06 and transmission data to the OS is abandoned from an internal buffer of the apparatus 06, so that the buffer is released and the apparatus 06 is allowed continuous operations without having no effect on other shared systems. With exceeding of a regulated value of usage amount of the internal buffer of the apparatus 06, or with exceeding of a regulated time of waiting time until start of next READ command from completion informing of a READ command, a command start state is detected, then if any factor is fell out from the start cue or the interruption cue, the cue is recovered.
