PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof member for a compressor capable of preventing removal of an installation piece of the compressor and removal from a shaft member for stably fixing the compressor in a casing to vibration or inclination. SOLUTION: In this vibration-proof member for a compressor, the shaft member 5 provided to stand on a bottom plate of a casing is inserted, and the installation piece 7 of the compressor is placed. It comprises a main body part 12 having an upper surface to be an installation piece placement surface 11, and a part below the installation piece placement surface 11 to be a vibration absorbing part, and a shaft part 13 extended from the installation piece placement surface 11 of the main body part 12 upward to have a tip part 13b protruded from the installation piece 7. A hole diameter size I of a shaft hole 19 in the shaft part 13 is set to be smaller than an inner diameter size J on the upper end side of the main body part 12, thereby removal of the shaft member 5 inserted into the shaft hole 19 is prevented.
