PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adhesion performance of a lead-calcium alloy of a base material and a lead-antimony alloy of a surface layer in a rolling lead alloy sheet for storage batteries which is composed with the lead-calcium alloy as the base material in which the surface layer of the lead-antimony alloy used for a lattice for storage batteries is formed, and to obtain a stable life characteristics in the lead storage battery equipped with the lattice body acquired from the rolling lead alloy sheet for storage batteries. SOLUTION: In the rolling lead alloy sheet for storage batteries which is integrated by pressure-sticking and rolling of the lead-antimony alloy foil in the surface of the lead alloy sheet which consists of the lead-calcium alloy, the lead-antimony alloy foil having the tensile strength of 16 N /mm2 or more, is used.
