PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension speech system connected to a fixed network by which even a mobile phone can make a speech by using an extension number and charges on all speeches within its own company are reduced to extension speech charges together with charges of mobile phones. SOLUTION: The mobile phone 12 makes an extension call from an external place. A mobile body enterprise network 4 connects the call to a base station 6 covering an area of the mobile phone 12. A mobile phone service provider network 5 connects with a base station 8 of the other area. An enterprise representative private branch of exchange 3 is connected to the mobile phone service provider network 4 through a leased line 7. A B-department private branch of exchange 1 and a C-department private branch of exchange 2 are connected to the enterprise representative private branch of exchange 3. A fixed phone 11 is connected to the B-department private branch of exchange 1 and a fixed phone 10 is connected to the-C department private branch of exchange 2.
