PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database information alteration method between organizations that makes use of an existing system and permits information alteration and data alteration for every individual organization with high performance and reliability. SOLUTION: A system to be a transmission side has a DB update monitoring means and an update data transmitting means. A system to be a reception side has an update data reception means, an update data type determining means for determining whether reception data are intended for master system or transaction system, a means for updating record contents of the master system of a reception side DB if the reception data are intended for the master system, and a means that produces a group of transaction records related to the transaction system data and adds the group to the reception DB if the reception data are intended for the transaction system.
