PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing the waste in a storage capacity. SOLUTION: The information processor 1 comprises a catalog center 3 connected to a client 5 via a communication line and originating an identification signal before image information to be transmitted. In this case, the client 5 has an NCU 25 for detecting the identification signal, an image storage memory 27 of the received image information, and a printer 17 for outputting image information stored in the memory 27. The memory 27 has a mail box 29 for storing the image information from the previously registered center 3. The data storable in the box 29 is only one. When the received signal is an identification number of the center 3, the client 5 deletes the information already stored in the box 2, receives the information, and stores the information in the box 29.
