摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing integrated biomolecule sensor by which a researcher, etc., can easily make its own biomolecule micro-array without requiring any expensive manufacturing device. SOLUTION: Solutions containing different kinds of probe DNAs are respectively poured in the 96 solution tanks 5a of a titer plate 5. The optical fibers 2 of an optical fiber bundle unit 4 are respectively dipped in the solutions contained in the solution tanks 5a of the titer plate 5 by inserting the front ends 2c into the tanks 5a after passing through the holes 6a of an auxiliary plate 6. When the front ends 2c are dipped in the solutions, the probe DNAs contained in the solutions adhere to the end faces of the cores 7a of the front ends 2c. Then the optical fiber bundle unit 4 is removed from the titer plate 5 and the front ends 2c of the fibers 2 are dried. Consequently, an integrated DNA sensor 1 constituted by fixing the different probe DNAs to the end faces of the cores 7a of the optical fibers 2 is obtained.</p>
