PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an easy and quick retooling of a braided-shield cutting device used for terminal processing of a shielded cable in line with a size change of the cable for being processed. SOLUTION: A package replacement of a cylindrical external blade 22 and an internal blade 23 and an advance positional adjustment of each blade are enabled by mounting detachable cartridge 10 between a first holding part 2 and a second holding part 3 of the cutting device and by attaching the blades to the cartridge 10.
