PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable-connecting section for a cable connector and the like excellent in waterproof and dripproof performance. SOLUTION: In the cable-connecting section for a connector that connects a led cable core wire 20 to a built-in contact 10 and fills the periphery of the cable and the contact 10 with a filler 30, a gapδ2 being filled with the filler 30 is made between the edge side of the contact and an armoring sheath 21 of the led cable core wire 20. The section is also configured such that the filler 30 shall be applied at least to the external periphery of the cable core wire 20. Thereby, there can be obtained a connection having high reliability with high waterproof and dripproof performance.
