PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the body inside from the temperature to become an abnormally high by improving suction of a cooling fan, and to promote cooling of a control circuit. SOLUTION: A suction guide 10 is arranged in a basket body 9 for surrounding the fan arranged on a bottom plate 6 of a body, a carpet laid on a floor surface is pressed down by this suction guide 10, sticking of the carpet to the basket body 9 is prevented, and the suction is promoted from a side surface of the basket body 9 by the suction guide 10.
