PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an amount of communication in the case that a common screen is transmitted to each terminal in an electronic conference system. SOLUTION: In the case that the joining member of a conference transmits and shares a screen image to the other member, a document reference application judgment part 131 acquires a presently active document reference application from OS, judges the kind, and calls a corresponding reference application 110. When the member selects a reference part by the document reference application 110, a selection part acquisition part 111 reads in the selection part, and a selection part code part 132 generates selection information including selection part information. A data transmission part 133 transmits the selection information to the other terminal, and, when a data receiving part 234 receives the selection information on the other terminal, a selection part decode part 235 decodes it. A document reference application judgment part 231 calls a corresponding selection part setting part 212 on the basis of the decoded result. The selection part setting part 212 displays the selection part designated on the decoded result on a display. |
