PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electricity collector body for cells which can form a metal porosity film in sufficient film thickness by simple equipment in a short time. SOLUTION: The electricity collector body 3 is obtained by forming the metal porosity film 2 which makes a metal a principal component, is formed in a surface of a plastics base body 1 of a three-dimensions network structure which has an internal conjugating space by injection method.
