SOLUTION: Chamfering 23e and chamfering 23f are added to the angle part 23c and the angle part 23d where the head side of the gear tooth part 23a and both end surfaces of the stator core 29 in axial direction associates. By adding chamfering to the two angle parts, the magnetic flux originating from the rotator 21 and concentrating on the angle part 23c and the angle part 23d are decentralized as illustrated in Fig. 1 (C). To decentralize the magnetic flux further, the angle parts for chamfering are configured to be rounded to the arc-shape to form a circular arc part 30 and a circular arc part 31 as shown in Fig. 1 (D).
