PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film capacitor in a small size with large capacitance by securing a withstand voltage obtained by the film thickness of a dielectric layer made of an organic thin film, achieving low impedance and improving soldering property. SOLUTION: Electrode leading end surfaces on both sides of a capacitor element is sprayed with a metalizing layer 16. A conductive resin layer 17 obtained by diffusing particles of copper, nickel and silver in a phenol resin is formed on the metalizing layer 16. The surface of this conductive resin layer 17 is coated with solder 18.
