PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an exclusive system and exclusive paper are necessary and a printer can not be shared since the issuer of printed matter is discriminated with paper printed by a system dedicated to resident recording, etc., at present since information certifying the issuer is not available when information of an information providing source is retrieved and printed. SOLUTION: A watermark 12 certifying the information providing source is given to the provided information 11 by using an electronic watermark imparting process part 13 and the information is provided by an information providing process part 14. At a print request, an electronic watermark detecting and information matching process part 17 in a terminal device 15 checks whether the provided information has the genuine watermark 16 and outputs the information as printed matter having the information certifying the genuineness by a printer 18, when the check is passed. When not, the information is not outputted. |
