<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a case of a small pump in a short time without using a jig for assembly while reducing the number of sub-assembly items. SOLUTION: In the small pump provided with a diaphragm in the case 11 composed of three upper-middle-lower stages, projecting parts 15, 15 formed of elastic bodies projecting upward from the upper ends of both longitudinal side faces of the lower stage case 14 up to the upper stage case 12 are provided integrally with the lower stage case 14, and locking parts 15a, 15a are formed at the tip parts of the projecting parts 15, 15. On the other hand, both longitudinal side faces of the upper and middle stage cases 12, 13 are provided with recessed grooves 16, 17 for fitting the projecting parts 15, 15, and the upper stage case 12 is provided with engaging parts 12a, 12a for engaging the locking parts 15a, 15a. The cases 12, 13, 14 are piled, and the projecting parts 15, 15 are fitted into the recessed grooves 16, 17 while engaging the locking parts 15a, 15a with the engaging parts 12a, 12a to assemble and fix the cases 12, 13, 14.</p> |
