PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fund operation management system capable of supporting a franchise system positively and stimulating the intention of a franchisee participating in the development of a franchise chain. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a step for establishing a fund agreeing with a franchiser, who is trying to develop the franchise system, and organizing an operation management company for operating and managing the fund and a step for recruiting investors investing to the fund issued by the operation management company and being in charge of the independent shops of the chain. Then, the contribution collected by recruiting the investors can be used concentrated to shop development by the franchiser, thereby fund for the franchiser trying to establish the company of a new franchise system is collected easily. |
