PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type heat exchanger capable of reducing the pressure loss of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: Formed plates 101a, 101b are provided at the rim parts of their openings with tank end plates (tubular parts) 112a, 112b extending into a substantially orthogonal direction with respect to the formed plates 101a, 101b toward the outside of refrigerant flowing sections R and a tank end plate 112b, provided on the formed plate 101b of a refrigerant pipe 106, is inserted into and engaged with the inside of another tank end plate 112a of the other neighboring refrigerant pipe 106, whereby the outer peripheral surface of the tank end plate 112b and the inner peripheral surface of the tank end plate 112a are connected to each other.
