PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rattling of a partition wall panel in a perpendicular direction, in a sliding direction, or in the sliding direction. SOLUTION: In this movable partition wall 6, a hook and eye hinge 51 to which a drop rod 41 installed on the partition wall panel 31 at a starting end to be movable up and down is dropped is formed to have a round cross section of which inner diameter size A is roughly similar to an outer diameter of the drop rod 41. A hook and eye hinge 52 to which a drop rod 42 installed on another partition wall panel 32 to be movable up and down is dropped is formed to have an oval cross section swollen in sliding directions at arc parts on both sides of the round cross section. A drawing and fixing device 7 to draw the adjacent partition wall panels 3 to each other to be tightly fastened is installed on a connection part between the adjacent partition wall panels 3.
