PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a terraced roof structure that can perform a series of following works without scaffolding: drain holes are provided to parapets which are vertically installed around the terraced roof, and drain pipes are also provided to them. In between the drain holes and the drains, the outside edge part of the roof is made watertight. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a terraced roof structure having following features: the parapet 4 connects a plurality of parapet blocks and drainage parapet blocks 6 having a drainage hole 65 in the lower part thereof. The drainage tube 7 is put through the drainage hole 65. Then the edge part outside the roof and the edge part inside the roof between the drainage hole 65 and the drainage tube 7 are made watertight. Under such condition, the drainage tube 7 is attached thereto. To form a flat roof structure.
