The invention relates to a medicinal self-adhesive composition for the transdermal application of an estrogen in combination with a gestagen. The inventive composition contains (a) 25-90 wt.% of a self-adhesive acrylate copolymer; (b) 1-15 wt.% of a film-forming acrylate copolymer which is characterized in that it contains acid-reacting functional groups; (c) 1-30 wt.% of additives which increase the adhesiveness; (d) 0.2-2.0 wt.% estrogen, and, (e) 1-5 wt.% gestagen.
