The composition comprises at least 5 wt.%, per its total wt., of film-forming polymer, in form of aqueous dispersion of solid particles, water-expandable clay and amine base having pKa in water, at 25 deg C, below 9.9; the film-forming polymer being selected from polycondensates, natural polymers and radical polymers except acrylic-styrene polymers. Independent claims are also included for (1) the cosmetic process of make-up or treatment of keratin matter comprising application of composition as claimed; (2) use of composition as claimed to produce time-stable film-forming composition and/or to produce smooth and/or high shine film deposed on keratin matter; (3) use of water-expandable clay, amine base with pKa (in water, at 25 deg C) below 9.9, and aqueous dispersion of solid particles of film-forming polymer as defined above in cosmetic composition, to produce time-stable film-forming composition and/or to produce smooth and/or high shine film deposed on keratin matter. |
