PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize recovery-acting electronic authentication which can authenticate and report a necessary condition concerning price recovery in settlement between companies, etc., electronically. SOLUTION: A seller system terminal, a buyer system terminal, the first communication network for transmitting and receiving data among the seller terminal, the buyer terminal and an after-mentioned server system, a secrecy protection means for protecting data secrecy in transmitting/receiving data through the first communication network, a server system provided with a recovery-alternating authentication gateway, a nonfulfillment history database and an electronic certificate management database, the second communication network for transmitting/receiving data between with a recovery-alternating facility or a financial facility, and a secrecy protection means for protecting data secrecy in transmitting/receiving data through the second communication network are provided on the network to which a computer and portable information terminal are connected. |
