PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently calculate severance benefit reliability in respective years in the future. SOLUTION: Retired data consisting of the number of retired employees and the salaries of them are calculated (20) based on an employee data memory (9) storing employee data including the ages and salaries of respective employees and a retirement rate. The employee data memory is updated by carry-over employee data (18). New recipient data of a year (n+1) consisting of recipients and pension sums are prepared from the retired data (22a). Deceased data are calculated (27) based on a recipient data memory (8) storing recipient data consisting of the ages and pension sums of the recipients and a mortality rate. The memory (8) is updated (19) by the recipient data of the year (n+1) obtained by adding carry-over recipient data of the year (n+1) and the new recipient data of the year (n+1).
