PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method and a driving device of an organic electroluminescence element of red light emission and a display device using it, capable of prolonging the service life, at pulse drive time with a low duty ratio. SOLUTION: A pulse voltage impressing circuit 10 impresses pulse voltage, having a duty ratio of 10% or smaller on the organic EL element 20. In this case, a drive conditions are set, so that the average driving current flowing to the organic EL element 20 (average implantation electric current density) of the red light emission becomes 3 mA/cm2 or smaller. |
