<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work evaluation system and its method to assist selecting a contractor. SOLUTION: An evaluation standard 500 associated with evaluation object items such as 'technical abilities' is indicated at a time of an evaluation entry, and the evaluation standard is presented in accordance with respective evaluation object item. Not having to make evaluation at his own direction nor make reference to an evaluation standard printed sheet and to a screen for comparison, an input person can make a smooth evaluation entry. As a presentation method of the evaluation standard, various methods can be employed such as displaying the evaluation standard on the evaluation entry screen, or verbally reading out the evaluation standard while displaying evaluation entry screen. Having an input person make an evaluation entry on the basis of evaluation standard instead of his own direction can give a uniform evaluation.</p> |
