PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk which contains a plurality of different storage areas corresponding to the laser beams of different wavelengths and also to provide an optical disk recorder-reproducer. SOLUTION: Data including control information and address information are spirally or almost circumferential recorded on an optical disk D1. The disk D1 is provided with a substrate 13 having 1st storage areas 11 and 12 which radiate reflected waves corresponding to the stored information when a laser beam is radiated from a blue light source and a substrate 17 which is bonded to the substrate 13 and has the 2nd storage areas 15 and 16 that radiate the reflected waves corresponding to the stored information when a laser beam is radiated from a red light source.
