PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor stator in which adhesion properties between insulation member and a stator core teeth part is improved, motor efficiency is improved by reducing copper loss, failure of the insulation member is prevented, and dislodgement of the insulation member at the production line is prevented, thereby performance, reliability and workability are improved. SOLUTION: In the insulation member wherein each teeth part of the electric motor stator is inserted separately thereto and a starting end thereof for insertion is opened so as to be fitted to the teeth part and inserted up to a termination end, open width of the staring end for insertion is made narrower than teeth width of the electric motor stator core.
