PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove coin jamming, even if a coin is bitten and stuck deeply between a conveying belt and a double-feed preventing roller. SOLUTION: When the coin is stuck between the conveying belt 3 and the double-feed preventing roller 4, a motor 5 is driven in reverse. When turning force of the motor 5 is transmitted to the conveying belt 3 by means of a belt power transmitting mechanism 6, a conveying face 3 of the conveying belt 3 is rotated in the opposite direction to the coin feeding direction. At the same time, the turning force of the motor 5 is transmitted to the double-feed preventing roller 4 by means of a roller power transmitting mechanism 7, to cause the double-feed preventing roller 4 to rotate in the same rotating direction as the conveying belt 3.
