<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device which store a plurality of packets along a cash line of a memory by use of only one packet boundary display unit linked with the plurality of packets in storage of the packet, and which lessen the memory for use in marking. SOLUTION: A device comprises a memory for holding a packet, and a mechanism for storing at least two packets in a memory, and only one packet boundary display unit is linked with the packet. A method comprises the steps of receiving the packet in the memory, and storing at least the two packets in the memory by a memory controller, and only the one packet boundary display unit is linked with the packet.</p> |
