PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate whether a signal is a call signal for calling a transfer destination or a call signal for a new arrival call in a radio terminal at the time of transfer between the radio terminals. SOLUTION: When a transfer instruction is given from a first slave machine if the first slave machine responds to an incoming call when a communication equipment main body (master machine) is connected to the first and second radio terminals (slave machines), responded communication is kept (S1 to S3), an incoming call signal is transmitted to a second slave machine (S4), and a transfer call signal is transmitted to the first slave machine (S5). When the second slave machine makes a response, a communication channel is realized with the second slave machine (S7). When the second slave machine does not make the response, the first slave machine makes the response (S8) and the communication channel is established with the first slave machine (S9). Then, holding is released (S11) after the call signal of the other slave machine is released (S10) and communication is resumed.
