PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judgment method, for the curing of a curing resin, in which the finish of the curing can be judged even regarding a bulky resin and to provide an estimation method, for the finish time of the curing of the curing resin, in which the finish time of the curing of even the bulky resin can be estimated. SOLUTION: A two-component room-temperature curing silicone is used as the resin. Two sensors (one as a transmitter and the other as a receiver) at a specification frequency of 165 kHz are used as ultrasonic sensors, and they are arranged so as to be faced by coming into contact with the bulky resin (not hardened completely) and by sandwiching the resin. The sound velocity in the curing resin of ultrasonic waves from the transmitting sensor is measured, and the curing state of the curing resin is judged.
